[About the "Eternal Pass"]
The Eternal Pass is a monthly service that costs ¥480 per month and offers increased stage challenges and bonus items.

■About Validity Period and Automatic Renewal
・The Eternal Pass is valid for one month after purchase and automatically renews.
*One month refers to the same time on the same day of the following month after purchase.
Example: If you purchase at 1:00 AM on January 1st, it will be valid until 12:59 AM on February 1st.
*If there is no same day in the following month, the validity period will be until the nearest day in the following month.
Example: If you purchase at 1:00 AM on March 31st, it will be valid until 12:59 AM on April 30th.
*Depending on the timing of your purchase or renewal, such as before or after the change of month, the platform may not reflect the change at the same time, and the validity period may differ by a few days.
・If you wish to cancel your Eternal Pass, please do so at least three days (72 hours) before the automatic renewal.
*If you cancel more than three days (72 hours) before, the change may not be reflected on the platform at the intended time, and you may not be able to cancel at the intended time.
・Even if you cancel during the active period, you will still be able to receive Eternal Pass service until the end of the active period.
Example: If you purchase at 1:00 AM on January 1st and cancel on January 2nd while the pass is still active, you will still be able to receive service until 12:59 AM on February 1st.
■How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below.
1. Select your user icon in the Play Store.
2. Select Payment & Subscriptions.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select the SD Gundam G Generation Eternal subscription.
*Please note that deleting the app or game data (account) will not cancel your subscription.
*If you are unsure about the procedure, please contact your platform.
■Other
- Subscriptions are activated for the game data you are using at the time of purchase.
- If you are purchasing a subscription on a device other than one you are currently playing the game on, please link your data before purchasing and log in with the game data you wish to use the subscription on.
- Problems may occur during the subscription process. Do not interrupt the app while the purchase (communication) is in progress.
- If the subscription does not appear to be reflected in the app after purchasing, please try the following:
- In the "G Generation Eternal" app, go to "Menu" > "Diamond Shop" and select the "Check Purchase Status" button on the "Purchase" screen for the subscription in question.
- Subscription purchases also count toward the purchase limit for those under 18.
