Samsung One UI: apply through Good Lock → Theme Park.
Stock Pixel Launcher: does not support icon packs directly. A shortcut-maker app can create customised home-screen shortcuts, but will not theme the app drawer or the whole launcher.

HOW TO APPLY
Open OVERPRINT → Apply → choose your launcher. If direct apply is unavailable, select OVERPRINT in your launcher's icon-pack settings.
